Home Learning - Estimating 1 meter

Today for home learning I had to estimate things that were 1 meter. 

I measured some string to 1 meter. 

Some things I measured weren't 1 meter even though my mum thought they were. Like the door handles, trampoline and broom. 

I found all of these things that were 1 meter. 

The bench top

The width of the gator 

The height of the red line on the tennis net. 

The length of the bike was close to 1 meter.
